My name is Vince Hodges and I am a software developer living in Vancouver Canada. I am the "team" behind Pennyminder and I am your host. I have been writting software for almost 27 years, working on everything from games to banking systems. I started Pennyminder to scratch a personal itch. I needed a tool to help with my terrible memory, to help answer questions like "Where has all my money gone?" and "What was this payment for again?".

As I've gotten older (and now married) my finances have gotten even more complicated. It has evolved from a simple spreadsheet to the site you see before you. I want Pennyminder to help others get organized, understand their finances and save them some money. If I can make a little money at the same time, well, that would be nice too :-)
